Circle Pro Audio endorses ABC; equips band with E9300 Microphone

Anand Bhaskar Collective (ABC) is an emerging alternative rock music band in India and was founded by Anand Bhaskar and Chandan Raina along with his set of musicians in 2011. ABC launched their first music album, Samsara in the year 2014 which emerged successful and fetched a lot of popularity. Mid launching albums, ABC had strived to get gigs and has now managed to be regular on the circuit, juggling college pro-shows, club gigs and corporate events. Besides that, Raina and Bhaskar together also produce and compose advertising jingles and their work has been featured in campaigns for brands such as Mahindra, OLX, TVS and others.

India-based pro audio manufacturer and developer Circle Pro Audio, has now gone ahead and endorsed this versatile band of musicians. The successful launch of this collaboration was witnessed at ABC’s gig at Hard Rock Café, Andheri, Mumbai, where the band opted for wireless microphones and instruments.

ABC also launched their second album, Excuse Me and executed a four-city tour across India that covered Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and New Delhi.

“We feel that with Circle our live performances are going to become more and more effortless. The team Circle always works for the artist and is always eager to incorporate whatever feedback we give them in terms of the equipment we use and our on stage needs. As a band that plays a lot of live shows, there are great and not so great moments when it comes to the technical aspects of the gear we use including instruments and audio gear,” said Chandan Raina, lead guitarist of the band.

Circle has been a very active participant in ABC tours. Anand, the lead vocalist of the band is equipped with the Circle Pro Audio’s legendary E9300 Wireless Microphone and a matching bodypack unit that acts as his Wireless Guitar system. Chandan and Neel, their lead guitarist and bassist are individually equipped with U1000’s and Bodypack units, giving them the on- stage freedom. For violin, Ajay is equipped with a mobile and compact CPA WG1000 and the entire band has the IEM1000 in ear Monitoring system.

“Circle works on a base line where we want to equip every vendor and band with gear that is usually very expensive and not accessible to everyone. We want every band to go wireless using IEM’s shouldn’t be a novelty but a regularly available gear,” said Sachit Subramanian, Director, Circle Pro Audio.

After concluding the last gig in Delhi, Anand Bhaskar said, “Sachit, Sancheth and Nixon along with Circle Pro Audio’s team display the ability in taking feedback constructively and then incorporating that in the next show. It is amazing and we are super excited to be on board of their endorsement roster and look forward to grow leaps and bounds with them.”
