Merging Technologies Appoints Real Image Media Technologies & Advanced Telemedia Private Limited As Exclusive Indian Distributors

Real Image and ATMPL's appointment as the exclusive Indian distributors will allow Merging Technologies to leverage Sennheiser's and Neumann's infrastructure to further its brand and products to make them more accessible Indian customers

Merging Technologies, one of the leading Swiss manufacturers of digital audio solutions, announced the appointment of two exclusive distributors to expand its presence in the rapidly-growing Indian market. Real Image Media Technologies (A Division of Qube Cinema Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) (Real Image) will serve as its exclusive distributor for the West & South India region while Advanced Telemedia Private Limited (ATMPL) will cater to the North and East India region.

Neumann.Berlin and Merging Technologies announced their partnership in 2022 under the umbrella of the Sennheiser Group. The appointment of Real Image and ATMPL, the existing and long-standing distributors of Neumann products in India, signifies a huge step forward that the company is taking to leverage the infrastructure of Sennheiser and Neumann to further the Merging Technologies brand and products, making them more accessible to customers in the Indian market.

"We are excited about the integration of Merging Technologies into our Neumann sales channel. Our well-rooted relationships with both Real Image and ATMPL, who are renowned players in the broadcast and studio industry, have paved the way for an exciting journey ahead with Merging Technologies. Leveraging the capabilities and network of our existing partners, we are confident that Merging Technologies' solutions will reach a broader audience, thereby reinforcing Sennheiser and Neumann's growing influence in the Indian Professional Audio landscape," shared Vipin Pungalia, Sales Director for Professional Audio and Country Manager of Sennheiser India.

With this step forward, the MERGING ANUBIS, MERGING HAPI and I/O Extension Cards are now readily available through Real Image and ATMPL.

"ATMPL has been working with Sennheiser and Neumann for more than 15 years now. The addition of Merging Technologies' cutting-edge solutions to our existing portfolio presents exciting prospects, and we are confident that these solutions will resonate very well with our customers. We look forward to deepening our partnership with the Sennheiser Group and working together with the local team to achieve our shared vision of delivering world-class audio solutions to the North and East India region," said Anmol Gupta, Chief Executive Officer, Advanced Telemedia Private Limited, New Delhi (India).

"Our partnership with Neumann. Berlin, complemented by our association with Merging Technologies, marks a significant expansion of our portfolio. We are excited and look forward to bringing these products to our customers in the West and South India regions. At Real Image, we believe that our strong network and market know-how will help to connect the Merging brand and its products with a wider audience," said Vinay U. Engineer, Business Head (Pro Audio), Real Image (A Division of Qube Cinema Technologies Pvt. Ltd.).

Merging Technologies' products and solutions are an excellent complement to the Neumann product portfolio. The integration of Merging Technologies into Sennheiser and Neumann sales channel signals a strengthened commitment to driving Merging Technologies' growth in the Indian market. This will greatly enhance Neumann's offering, particularly in the areas of AD/DA solutions, AoIP, as well as recording and monitoring solutions, to provide our customers with an array of high-quality audio solutions.

While this initial phase of integration includes only Merging Technologies' hardware portfolio, the software solutions will also be made available progressively via Sennheiser and Neumann's sales channel in the later part of 2024.
