has appointed Sebastian Strohm as Co-Managing Director. This addition to the leadership team,
alongside Andreas Rapp, aims to bolster the company's strategic objectives and operational vision as
it enters its centennial year. Strohm, an experienced corporate leader from Heilbronn, is recognized
for his proficiency in steering development within manufacturing-focused, mid-sized firms.
Strohm's portfolio will encompass a wide array of critical operational areas, including finance,

oversight of beyerdynamic's sales sectors, inclusive of international subsidiaries, as well as
marketing, product management, and R&D functions.
