Prolyte Appoints New CEO following Acquisition
Following their acquisition by Area Four Industries, Prolyte has announced the appointment of Fons van Tejin as the new CEO. The acquisition has led to the restructuring of management, production processes, and strategy direction.
The new CEO has 34 years of experience in management with his previous role as managing director for Vitec. Before this, he founded Provak BV, which he ran for 15 years. He has also held other roles at KJP, Transcontinental, and Capi-Lux-Vak BV.
