Michelin Star Restaurant Invests in DiGiCo S21

Sahil Sharma - Audio Engineer, Bloodywood and Vanshaj Sharma – Application Engineer – DiGiCo, Hi-Tech Audio

Saga-Cuisines of India, a Michelin star restaurant in Gurgaon, India, recently celebrated its opening. To ensure that Saga would be an attractive venue for artists and bands, owner Vishal Anand invested in a professional sound system driven by a new S21 digital mixing desk from DiGiCo.

To purchase the mixing console, the management of Saga turned to Sahil Sharma a well-known audio engineer for the Indian metal band Bloodywood. He was also the audio consultant and mix engineer of the classy venue. Sahil Sharma shares, “We needed a small format console with maximum I/O for this venue installation. At our price point, there is practically nothing that comes to the quality and convenience of DiGiCo S21. The new venue will host various music bands, dance shows and multi-genre festivals. The S21 provides more than enough IEM and wedge mixes for any act that will happen at Saga. Thanks to Hi-Tech Audio Systems for supplying the console and these guys are just a call away to help.”

“We have provided S21 with D-2 rack that has been set up for ultimate ease of use for the in-house engineer”, explains Vanshaj Sharma, Application Engineer for DiGiCo, Hi-Tech Audio Systems. He continues, “The console offers everything that can put into use for band performance in a venue like Saga.  It’s a potential opportunity for club and restaurant venues to invest on an intuitive and powerful mixer with a compact footprint like S21.”

It is our utmost responsibility to support and aware each of our clients about technology and inventory updates. We believe with this approach we can provide the best of DiGiCo in India”, says Nirdosh Aggarwal, Director Sales of Hi-Tech Audio Systems.

Rajan Gupta, Managing Director of Hi-Tech Audio Systems concludes, “We are really delighted to provide DiGiCo S21 to Saga-Cuisines of India restaurant. Such business deals at this time of crisis boosts our morale to provide the best to new as well as our existing clients. I hope this year is productive for us and our brands too as we are determined to reach new milestones in India.”
