Hi-Tech Audio & Image and Phoenix Networks Bring India’s Third DiGiCo Quantum 852 to Bhopal

Published on 9th February, 2026

Phoenix Networks Global has commissioned Central India’s first and India’s third DiGiCo Quantum 852 console. The installation was executed in partnership with Hi‑Tech Audio & Image LLP, DiGiCo’s exclusive distributor in India. The deployment reflects growing demand for high‑end live sound infrastructure in Central India.

The narrative of Indian touring has shifted decisively. Rising regional demand, from spiritual hubs like Ujjain and Omkareshwar to Bhopal and Indore, has made world‑class production locally available. Major artists now route heartland cities, while destination weddings and government conclaves expect metro‑grade audio fidelity once reserved for India’s largest metropolitan capitals only.

For Animesh Mishra, Founder & Managing Director of Phoenix Networks Global, seizing this moment meant making a statement. “The old narrative was that for a truly global-scale production, you had to look to Mumbai or Delhi. We’ve spent years building the expertise here; what we needed was the unequivocal tool that matches our ambition,” states Mishra. “The DiGiCo Quantum 852 is that tool. It’s the great equaliser. It tells an international tour manager that the show in Bhopal will be engineered with the same fail-safe precision as the show in Barcelona. This acquisition shatters the glass ceiling for Central India, proving our engineers, our venues, and our audiences deserve nothing less than the benchmark.”

This strategic move is underpinned by the ecosystem vision of Hi-Tech Audio & Image LLP. For CEO & Founder Rajan Gupta, empowering regional leaders like Phoenix Networks is the core of a larger national mission: “Our role as DiGiCo’s India Partner is to be architects of capability, not just distributors of hardware. Phoenix Networks Globe’s foresight in deploying the Quantum 852 is a watershed moment. It validates that India’s next wave of production excellence will be built by regional champions who understand their markets intimately. We are here to ensure that with this flagship technology comes the training, support, and community that transforms a console into a cornerstone for regional growth.”

The DiGiCo Quantum 852 is designed to address the operational demands of large‑scale events in India. Its dual, fully redundant Quantum Engines provide reliability for broadcast productions and high‑profile public events, while Mustard Processing supports detailed tonal control suited to classical and folk performances. The Spice Rack FX and Nodal Processing architecture enable complex system design, accommodating immersive electronic formats alongside the independent monitor requirements of large ensembles and multi‑act stages.

The acquisition was supported by comprehensive, hands-on onboarding led by Satyam Rajvanshi, Senior Application Engineer at Hi-Tech Audio & Image. The training was practical and production-focused, designed to ensure PNG’s engineering team was confident and fully prepared from their very first show.

The installation of India’s third DiGiCo Quantum 852 in Bhopal represents a significant development for the country’s professional audio sector. Implemented by Phoenix Networks Global, the deployment demonstrates that advanced, flagship‑level systems are no longer limited to metropolitan centres. It reflects a broader shift in industry capability, showing that regional operators can support complex, large‑scale productions without geographic constraint.

From an operational perspective, Nirdosh Aggarwal, Managing Partner of Hi-Tech Audio & Image LLP, underscores the strategic value of this investment. "The Indian rental market is becoming exponentially more complex. One week you're supporting a 100,000-person spiritual gathering, the next it's a rider-driven international concert," notes Aggarwal. "Our mandate is to provide partners with platforms that deliver not just capability, but confidence. We ensure proper deployment and full utilization of every system. At Hi-Tech Audio & Image, every Quantum installation includes tailored, application-specific training designed around the client's actual production needs."

"Every deployment is different, and the Phoenix Networks team came with diverse production backgrounds- from corporate events to large-scale weddings and touring shows," said Satyam Rajvanshi. "My goal was to make sure they could walk into any scenario and operate the Quantum 852 confidently. We covered real-world workflows, troubleshooting, and advanced features through practical sessions. By the end of the training, they weren't just familiar with the console, they were ready to push its capabilities on actual productions."

In essence, this deployment marks a point of no return. As Animesh Mishra concludes, “This isn’t just about what we can do now; it’s about what Central India can become. The Quantum 852 is our key to unlocking a future where the world doesn’t just pass through the heart of India—it stops, performs, and is profoundly impressed. The sound of our future is clear, confident, and powered by partnerships that believe in our potential.”
