Haila Kandi Circuit House is an important government facility that serves a population of over 6.5 lakh people and acts as an important administrative centre for the surrounding area. The Circuit House provides accommodation and meeting facilities for government officials and delegates, making its conference hall a key space for discussions, reviews, presentations, and decision-making activities.

The venue required a conference hall system that could support a wide range of official activities, including government meetings, departmental reviews, presentations, and discussions involving multiple stakeholders. The objective was to create a professional communication environment where every participant could be heard clearly, regardless of seating position. The client also required a solution that would simplify meeting management while maintaining high standards of audio quality, operational reliability, and ease of use for both delegates and operators.

The installation combines British Acoustics VE-105 TC, VC-144TW, Contract 400 NI, and Live Mix 10 FXU for clear audio coverage. OSL BCS Control, BCS 1C, BCS 1D, and BCS Flush 1D support structured conferencing, while the OD1000-8IO, Q500.92H, and Track Cam 4K enhance signal management, wireless operation, and intelligent video tracking.
