QSC Appoints New Chief Technology Officer and Chief Digital

QSC, LLC has announced significant leadership changes, appointing Jason Shangkuan as
Chief Digital
Officer (CDO) and promoting Christopher Jaynes to Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Q-SYS
platform
As CTO, Christopher Jaynes will oversee Q-SYS's Research & Development (R&D) efforts, which include
software, hardware, mechanical, test, and systems engineering. Since joining Q-SYS in 2023 as Senior
Vice President of Software Technologies, Jaynes has focused on improving software quality and
advancing AI research, positioning the company for continued growth. Commenting on his new role,
Jaynes stated, "It is critical that software, hardware, and program management teams operate
cohesively to deliver reliable and impressive product outcomes for our customers. I am excited to
lead this talented team and drive our R&D efforts to new heights."
Jason Shangkuan brings extensive experience from his previous role at McKinsey & Company, where he
led digital transformations for technology firms. As CDO, Shangkuan will drive QSC's digital
transformation initiatives and modernize the company's data infrastructure to enhance AI
capabilities. "Joining Q-SYS at this pivotal moment is an incredible opportunity," Shangkuan
remarked. "I look forward to unlocking new business value and AI-enabled customer solutions, and
continuing our transformation towards software and cloud solutions."
