OHM signs up local channel partnerships across India

Continuing with its approach of partnering up with local channels across India, Ohm has appointed Pro Audio Video Solutions – Chandigarh as its channel partner for Punjab and SRV Infratech for Himachal Pradesh.

‘We are setting up a service and sales centre for Ohm to create new relationships for the brand and to rekindle the relationship with the existing Ohm user base in the region,’ said Bhanu Ahuja, Director at Pro Audio Video Solutions.

‘The finish is flawless and the tone is unique, so much so that the products have gained a huge following within Punjab,’ added Raman Sinduria, Co-director at Pro Audio Video Solutions.

Ohm has established this partnership with the Chandigarh-based company to boost its presence in the touring and integration markets within the state. According to Kappil Ghosh, regional sales manager at Ohm, Pro Audio Video Solutions has a great history with the brand and this appointment would enable the company to quickly turn around sales and support services within the region.

On the other hand, SRV Infratech’s primary focus is home automation. The company would therefore be introducing OHM’s premium home theatre solutions to the market, while also strengthening the manufacturer’s pro audio business in the region.

‘SRV Infratech have a great team and understand the essentials required to pitch in a luxury brand. Their access to the home and pro verticals in the region is extremely strong and with OHM’s rep amongst the integrators, this could be a winning combination,’ says Gosh.

According to Rakhi Sharma, SRV Director, the agreement with the British based company would open up new opportunities for the company. ‘We are in the process of setting up a dedicated team and experience centre for OHM, to enhance customer experience,’ said Sharma.
