Sungandar Light House invests in First SD10 in Karnataka

Sungandar Light House (SLH), a Bengaluru-based rental company, recently invested in Digico SD10 and the purchase was handled through Authorized India Digico Partner, Hi-Tech Audio Systems Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.

Over past 4 decades, SLH has been providing lighting and sound for occasions like product launches, conferences, road shows, exhibitions, conventions and concert tours, in and around the country.

SLH brings the first Digico SD10 Digital Mixing Console to Bengaluru, Karnataka and under the strong leadership of Mr. Saravana Velu, the company has grown into a wide Pro A/V Technical Solution Entity.

Mr. Prabhakar, Head of Operations at SLH, stated,” We were looking for a solution that would be ideal for the diverse range of events we cater to while also serving as a solid long-term investment. Digico SD10 came across as the right fit to our requirement. Its 132 Input Channels, 56 Aux / Sub-Group Busses, LR/LCR/LCRS/5.1 Master Bus, 24 x 24 Full Processing Matrix, 2 Solo, 218 Dynamic Equalizers, 218 DiGiTuBes, 218 Multiband Compressors, 24 Digital FX and Graphic Equalizers, Optional Waves Integration, 48/96 kHz Sample Rate and Standard Optics offer plenty of mixing capacity.”

Mr. Shiva, Managing Director, SL said, “DiGiCo’s new Stealth Core 2 engine provides great flexibility and stability to the whole system. All Waves compatible plugins are pre-loaded, and as this is integral within the console, with an added advantage of touch screen control; and all shapshots and session files are saved within the console. A great palette of On-board effects gives us much more room to our creativity. And it is light to travel and can be used for multiple applications.”

“SD10 is a truly rider friendly console,” said Rajan Gupta, Managing Director, Hi-Tech Audio Systems Pvt. Ltd.

“SD10 and D2 Rack combination provides a very important solution of splitting input channels. The independent head amp gain control for FOH and MOH application is clean and crisp without using an analog split snake system. Its flexible and clear approach has made it one of the most sought after digital consoles in the market today. We are pleased to serve Sungandar Light House with this amazing console and are confident that we will see many more such associations happening in the near future,” added Rajan.

“It is dynamic, sturdy and a complete powerhouse and we are hoping that with SD10 SLH’s support to number of events will increase remarkably,” stated Prabhakar.
